If you asked the average three or four year old at preschool or daycare if they believed their mother or father was going to pick them up later today most would reply with certainty in their voice, “yes”. They have faith in their parent picking them up later in the day. What happens to childlike faith within each of us?

God has never let us down, never lied to us nor betrayed us. However, we question, doubt and even walk away from the very One who pursues us. This is the story of Israel and this is often our story.
