Grand Opening & New Series “Image Bearers-A Divine Design for Relationships”

Last weekend we kicked off our Image Bearers introduction with these words, “This person has been waiting all of his life for an invitation.”  We believe there is someone you know, you work with, you attend school with, lives in your neighborhood, who has been waiting all their life for you to invite them to attend worship and life group. Now is the time and what a great weekend to invite someone!

Christ Church’s Grand Opening at the Mt. View Campus is this Saturday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 a.m., 9:50 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.  Our new “MIssion Brew” will be open with fresh brewed coffee, lattes, cappuccino, and regular brews.  We call it “Mission Brew” because 100% of the profits will go to missions.  Our new worship center will be open along with our new children’s wing.  Invite a guest to attend.

Whether we attend Mt. View or another campus, let’s celebrate the Grand Opening, as we have when any of our campuses opens, throughout all of Christ Church family. Attend Saturday night at 6 p.m. then serve at your regular campus on Sunday morning.

New Series Kicks Off This Weekend on Saturday night at 6 p.m. and Sunday

Relationships are challenging. Many struggle with anxiety, worry, and depression. We want something better for ourselves and those we love. How? Image Bearers is a new series with one theme: God created us, so how can we live into our Divine Design?

January 18/19 :  There Has to Be a Better Way

January 25/26:   Image Makeovers—A New Me

February 1/2:     A More Complete Image—Male and Female

February 8/9:     Cracked Images Are Still Image Bearers

February 15/16: Why Marriage and Why Fidelity?

February 22/23: Image Bearers—Must Haves

Share this new series on Face Book, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media outlets. Call a friend and give a warm invitation to attend worship with you.

We are praying for you as you invite someone this weekend to attend worship.  Remember, you are positioned for the invitation–right where you live, work, go to school, and the people you know are waiting for the invite.  Please don’t let them down.  Dare to Care–Invite.

With your great love and anticipation of what God is going to do,

Pastor Charles and Julie

Life Group Update

As you know, it is our desire for everyone at Christ Church to be involved in a life group. That is why we are excited about this weekend as we will be connecting people to life groups at all campuses. If you are not in a group, please stop by the life group station, check out the groups available, and let us help you get connected.

Also, as we prepare to start our study on the new Series called “Image Bearers”, which begins January 18,19th.  You can stop by the station and pick up a packet and facilitate your own group. Whether it’s family, at work, a group of friends in your neighborhood or friends from the church, all you have to do is pick up a packet, show the video and then talk about it using the study guide provided to facilitate the discussion. It is that easy!

Lastly, we have several classes taking place at various campuses such as “DivorceCare”, “Griefshare”, and the financial class, “I Was Broke. Now I’m not.” to name a few found in the bulletin or on the website.

So iff you have questions, feel free to stop buy and visit your campus Life Group station or check out our website anytime for Life Groups and Classes: or contact the church, who will direct you to the Life Group team
