This weekend traditionally has pretty light attendance for set-up. So please consider being “courageous” – like the sermon series we’re currently in – and come out to help set-up the St Stephens campus.

Calling all Levites!
This is a fifth Sunday so all of us can get together and set-up the campus lickety-split…
Please – everyone, if you can donate some time to the cause this Saturday we will be setting up the St Stephens campus at 9am.
Also – this is the time of year that school is starting back up so we’ll have to start being flexible to set-up times so that the St Stephens Indians Teams can utilize the gym. We’ll let you know of revised set-up times as soon as we know….just please be flexible.
Once again – THIS IS A CALL FOR ALL LEVITE TEAMS – ST STEPHENS CAMPUS SET UP AT 9AM

Hey Team 4
I know it’s been a little confusing this month in regard to who is setting up the campus – the reason is we’ve got 5 Sundays this month and it’s thrown us off a bit – it will work itself out next month.
FOR SATURDAY AUGUST 21 TEAM 4 WILL BE SETTING UP THE ST STEPHENS CAMPUS AT 9:00AM
Please consider that there are folks that are still on vacation right before school starts so if you can donate some time to helping to set up the campus it would be greatly appreciated.

Team One and All Levites –
Break time is over! We’re all rested and refreshed from our two week break –
Let’s show our support for one another and get as many Levites out for set-up on
Saturday to start off on the right foot.
TEAM ONE & ALL WHO WANT TO SHOW THEIR SUPPORT – SET UP ST STEPHENS AT 9:00AM
SATURDAY, AUGUST 7TH WE’LL TRY TO HAVE A GREAT TURNOUT.
Also – due to an upcoming change in my work schedule I’m going to step down from
the Levite Ministry. Very soon I’ll be on a work schedule that requires me to
work on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Please – if you have a heart for this ministry and some leadership ability along
with some fundamental computer skills I’d ask you to consider stepping into the
role of managing the Levite Ministry. If you are interested please contact me

Hey Everyone –
As I’m sure you recall, the St Stephens campus will be taking a break from setting up this weekend. However, you’re not off the hook!
We need some help this weekend at the Fairgrove campus supplementing the parking ministry. We’re anticipating that some of those who normally worship at St Stephens will be attending the Fairgrove campus and will SLAM the parking lots…
So – LEVITE TEAM 4 and anyone else who wants to brave the parking lot please email me to let me know what service you’ll be attending…
The Levites ALWAYS come thru and I’ll bet this will be no exception – please email me if you can help out…thanks everyone,

TEAM 3 –
ST STEPHENS CAMPUS SET-UP WILL BE AT 9:00AM.
We had a HUGE turnout last week and we were done in less than an hour. “More hands make for less work” was certainly true last Saturday and I’d like for it to be true again this Saturday.
I’ve already had quite a few folks from TEAM 3 advise me that they will be out of town this weekend – So, as always, if you’d like to start your weekend by serving others please consider donating and hour of your time to the St Stephens campus set-up.

THE ST STEPHENS CAMPUS WILL BE SET-UP AT 9:00AM, SATURDAY JULY 10TH AT 9:00AM
Additionally – please note this if you help with setting up the children’s ministry:
We will set up J-train this Saturday morning at 8am in the auxiliary gym. We need all of you to be there if possible so you will know how it should be set up once it is your week to guide the Levites in setting up. Please let me know if you have any questions!

For the last couple of weeks, something has been on my heart and I thought I would share. About 2 months ago, a group of us started coming in about 7:30-8am to get the ball rolling on set up. Why do you ask??? We had some major changes to the stage configuration and the position of the lights. This took several weeks of trial and error to figure out where it was going to finally rest. After we found peace, we continued to come in early just to get done early due to the heat, and trying to value peoples time. In doing this change, I have felt like some people come in and see that the major work is complete and they dont feel like they are needed. That’s where you are wrong!!! You are all needed and I appreciate everyone of you who give of your Saturday mornings to help. With out you, We(the Church) could not go forward in our goal; to reach millions of unchurched people! So what I am trying to say is that, we still need your help in setting up the Church, even tho we may have the majority of the work done in the worship area, there are other areas that just may need your help. I hope that I haven’t offended anyone by taking away what they have felt called to do. I apologize if I have. I have changed our time( not Levites time) to 8:30. If anyone of the Levites would like to come in early, please do so. We would love to have the extra help, so we can all get out and go home to our families early.

WooHoo! I have a feeling that this is going to be a weekend that everyone chips in! If you are out of town – have a blast. If you are in town – please give us a hand Saturday and Sunday for set-up and tear-down so we all can enjoy the holiday together…
