D-NOW

D-NOW is a weekend event for students grades 6-12. Students are grouped in homes with student ministry leaders and other students for the weekend. While attending students will participate in outrageous challenges, amazingly authentic worship, relevant & challenging messages, impacting discussions, life-altering projects, crazy games, late night events, and engaging environments!

We’ll have over 200 students from all over the area coming together for one weekend, one purpose, one goal…to have LIFE INTERRUPTED.

The cost for DNOW 2012 is $35. This cost will help to cover all food, transportation, event materials and necessities, and also includes a DNOW 2012 T-shirt.

This year’s DNOW is going to be bigger & better than ever before.

Change Conference

Change is inevitable—you can lead change or watch change happen! The 2012 Change Conference will empower you to make wise choices in leading change which grows your church spiritually and numerically! Tickets are $39 per person, however if you register with a group of 5 or more, you will receive a discounted rate of $29 per person. Special pricing is also available for the Statesville District of the United Methodist Church.

Note: If you belong to the Statesville UMC district, please register for the 2012 Change Conference using this form instead.

Christ Church is challenging you as an individual or family to count down the 25 days of Christmas by loving others with Random Acts of Christmas Kindness. We would like you to start your season of Advent with the intention of showing God’s love in practical ways. On the back you will find a calendar, each day you have a scripture to look up and pray over as a family or individual. We would also encourage you to also sit down and plan your acts of kindness for each day and write them down. Find ways to fit your Acts of Christmas Kindness into your routines. Who at school do your kids want to love? Who at your workplace could use encouragement or love? Who at your frequent places of business could you love with a simple act of Christmas Kindness?
