Classes at Christ Church are launching to equip our church and community in the areas of family life, bible and theology, biblical living, and finances. The classes listed below are available in the Winter/Spring of 2012.
Note: As class sizes are limited, please register and purchase materials online through Paypal or through your campus’ Connection desk by check or cash. Childcare is available for some of the classes below for a nominal fee. This must be indicated and paid for upon registering for the class.
Ladies, Let's Run for God!
Mt. View Campus
Do you see others jogging and wish that you could or would? This is a 12-week training plan aimed at completing a 5K while maintaining a Christian focus! This course is for everyone! In fact, it is designed for those who have NEVER run! Join us as we spur one another on in spiritual and physical fitness! Class will be held at the Mt. View Campus on Mondays at 6:30pm, June 11th through September 3rd. Cost will be $20 and will cover the participant book. Childcare will be available for $10/family which will cover the entire 12 weeks. You will need to click the "Register for Class" button below to get signed up. Attention men! Would you like to grow in spiritual leadership in your home as a husband and a father? Come get some practical help during this quick but powerful 4 weeks with a small group of men. Classes are held in Mt. View on Tuesday nights, and are free to attend. Register today, because class size is limited.
Divorce Care
Fairgrove CampusMost people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they’ve ever faced. It’s a confusing time when you feel isolated and have lots of questions about issues you’ve never faced before. Divorce Care helps you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Divorce Care is ongoing and can be joined at any time. The workbook for this class costs $16.
Gospel Coach
Gospel Coach is a model for discipleship designed to give Christian leaders a practical method to develop, equip, and shepherd other leaders in the local church to glorify God in their personal, spiritual, and missional life. This is the “life blood” of the local church as it equips us to live out the Great Commission of making disciples. This class will be held at Fairgrove campus on Saturday, April 21st from 8:30-4:30. The cost of training materials, food, and book is $25. (Note - No childcare is offered onsite for this class.)
Design
We believe that everyone is on a journey in life and ministry. God creates each of us uniquely and prepares us for doing good works so that the body of Christ may be built up. In the DESIGN workshop, you will discover some basic, but vital truths about yourself. Some things may surprise you, others may encourage you, but all will give you a more in-depth understanding of who you are and how God has uniquely designed you for ministry. Next class is scheduled Sunday, May 6th from 4:00-6:00pm.
